Hatcher's Pass


Hatcher's pass offers breathtaking views in every direction. The icon red cabins creates a beautiful backdrop. The dramatic scenic landscape is reason alone you should go visit. The drive is a little over an hour from Anchorage.

Mirror Lake


Mirror Lake becomes a frozen winter wonderland during the winter months and is a popular ice-fishing location. Perfect for those snowy photos! About 30 minutes drive from Anchorage.

Otter Lake


Otter Lake is located inside JBER Base. Base access is required to get to this lake. The mountains surrounding the lake creates a dreamy backdrop in any season.

Leicester Mann Greenhouse Memorial


This is a perfect location to escape Alaska's freezing temps! It is filled with lush greenery. Making it feel like a tropical gem tucked away in the city. Just 10 minutes away from JBER.

Russian Jack Park


This is located only 10 minutes from JBER. It is right around the corner from the greenhouse. There is a beautiful creek the runs along the walking trail.

Reflection Lake, Palmer


This is located only 32 minutes from JBER. There is a trail around the lake that offers scenic views. The ideal viewpoint is about 10 min walk from the parking. It can be muddy during wet season.

Eklutna Tailrace


This is located only 35 minutes from JBER. This location offers view of the icon bridge and the mountains in the background.

Beluga Point


This is located only 35 minutes from JBER. This location is a scenic stop along the Seward Hwy. It gives Oregon Coast vibes, offering endless water and mountains views. Keep in mind low and high tide times throughout the day**
